High pressure plays growing importance in discovering new high Tc superconductors (SC) by design. Here we present our research on new SC advancements in combinations to high pressure technique[1] including cuprates SC of Cu12(n-1)n homologues series[2] with ambient Tc 118 K, Ba2CuO3+y of unique compressed copper oxygen octhedron leading to mixed orbital features of both 3dz2 & 3dx2-y2 yet with ambient Tc 73K[3] that is more than 80% enhancement over those for 214 of universal elongated copper oxygen octhedron; the “111” iron based SC[4] & the pressure induced SC in topological compound of Bi2Te3[5]; the superhydrides SC of calcium with Tc above 210K[6], the record high Tc SC created in element Titanium(Ti) [7] & Sandium(Sc)[8] consequently. We further discuss briefly the prospect to room temperture SC.
